Particle Analyzer
Dynamic Light Scattering
Characterize proteins and nanoparticles.
The Zetasizer Nano ZSP combines several technologies like DLS (Dual Angle Dynamic Light Scattering), NIBS (Non-Invasive Back-Scatter), SLS (Static Light Scattering) and ELS (Electrophoretic Light Scattering) in one system, thus allowing simple and precise measurements of size, zeta potential and the molecular weight of proteins and nanoparticles in liquid samples. Therefore, this system is can be used for a broad range of applications especially in the pharmaceutical industry.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Zetasizer Nano ZSP. Malvern. Obtained 2017.
This system accurately provides size measurement from 0.3 nm (diameter) to 10 microns and molecular weight measurements down to 980 Da with a high sensitivity (0,1 mg/mL) and low sample concentrations (from 0,1 ppm to 40%w/v).

Particle Tracker
Quantify what you see.
This system uses Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) and Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), therefore allowing simple and precise measurements of size, zeta potential and concentrations of proteins and nanoparticles in liquid samples. The ZetaView system literally counts particles and movements by analyzing video frames.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
ZetaView Particle Tracker. Particle Metrix. Obtained 2017.
This system accurately provides size measurement from 0.5 nm (diameter) with DLS and ~ 10 nm with NTA. The range for concentration measurements is between 10^5 particles per cm³ and 10^10 p/cm³. For zeta potential measurements, the trueness is 5 mV and the precision is 4 mV.
